“At approximately 3:15 AM on Sunday morning, Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony renewed their wedding vows in the newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse at Caesars Palace,” a rep for the hotel and casino confirmed to Access.

Lisa Marie Presley gave birth to twin girls on Tuesday, People reported.
“The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home,” a rep for the singer told the mag.
The twins were reportedly delivered by C-section at 2:46 PM, weighing in at 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz., respectively.

Christie Brinkley has fired back after ex-husband Peter Cook appeared on “20/20” with Barbara Walters that aired on Friday, allegedly breaking the terms of their divorce.
“Christie Brinkley initially sought to settle this matter privately,” Robert Stephan Cohen, Christie’s attorney, told Access Hollywood in a statement. “Mr. Cook has chosen to breach the confidentiality agreement in the divorce settlement, a provision agreed upon in court to protect the children and allow them to put this ordeal behind them.”

Barack Obama has purchased a half-hour of prime time television just before the presidential election, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
According to documents viewed by Access, the Democratic presidential candidate spent $891,250 at NBC and $961,000 at CBS for a half-hour of airtime starting at 8 PM on October 29.

Publicist Kirt Webster says Meat Loaf was admitted to a private hospital in central London on Monday, immediately after winning Q Magazine’s “Classic Song” award for his rock epic “Bat Out Of Hell.”

While senators Barack Obama and John McCain were locked in a war of words in Nashville on Tuesday night for the second of three Presidential debates, Alaska Governor and vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin enjoyed the verbal tete-a-tete with Main Street type folk at a Greenville, N.C. pizzieria, according to the Washington Post.
A debate viewing party was not scheduled for Palin, according to the Post, but at the last minute, the governor told her aides and press that she didn’t want to watch the presidential debate “in my hotel room with just campaign staffers.”

Britney Spears’ legal team has rejected a plea deal in the pop star’s driver’s license case, and as a result, Britney’s case will soon be in the hands her peers.
Britney’s invalid license case will go before a jury on October 15, after her attorney, Michael Flanagan, turned down the prosecution’s offer of a $150 fine and 12 months probation.
“A misdemeanor is a criminal offense and I will not plead to one,” Flanagan told Access Hollywood.

Jennifer Lopez has finally opened up in a new interview about her recent emotional breakdown, her thoughts on Scientology, selling celebrity baby photos and breast feeding – an interview which has had its veracity called into question by Lopez’s reps.
In an interview posted on the new Web Site, The Daily Beast (former Vanity Fair and New Yorker editor Tina Brown’s new online media venture), Lopez discusses a host of controversial topics with writer Kevin Sessums.
However, her rep tells Access Hollywood that, “Jennifer Lopez did not do an interview for the Daily Beast.”
Lopez did, however, do an interview with Sessums for this month’s ELLE cover story, but after the first session took place of what was supposed to be a two-part interview, Lopez and her team “weren’t comfortable with the questioning,” according to her rep, who acknowledged that they asked that another writer interview Lopez instead.

O.J. Simpson, locked in jail and pondering his future, feels hopeful he will win a new trial on appeal because he believes jury interviews show “he was absolutely railroaded,” his lawyer told The Associated Press.
Attorney Yale Galanter said he and colleague Gabriel Grasso have spent extensive time with Simpson discussing his case and found him alternately melancholy and hopeful.
“He is really very hopeful now, especially after the jury interviews. He knows that he was absolutely railroaded,” Galanter said by telephone from Miami.
