Kevin Federline isn’t eying a court date with Britney Spears after their son Jayden was hospitalized on Sunday, his attorney told E! Online on Tuesday.
“We’re pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation,” attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E!, mentioning Jayden likely fell sick with a “food allergy.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are giving again, making a $2 million donation through their Jolie-Pitt Foundation to the Global Heath Committee to create a center for AIDS and tuberculous-affected children in Ethiopia, Access Hollywood has learned.
