Heather Locklear has left an Arizona facility where she was receiving treatment for anxiety and depression.
The actress, who checked herself in on June 19, is now home after four weeks and is said to be in good spirits.

While his ex-wife seeks treatment for “psychological issues,” Richie Sambora is ready to support Heather Locklear any way he can, according to People.
Earlier this week, the 46-year-old Locklear checked herself into a treatment facility in Arizona dealing with anxiety and depression. And while they may no longer be together, Sambora is still firmly in Locklear’s corner.

Orange County prosecutors have charged Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
The 48-year-old Sambora was pulled over in Laguna Beach on March 25 after allegedly being seen swerving and straddling two lanes. The district attorney’s office says his blood-alcohol level was .13 percent, nearly twice the legal limit.

Police are asking for a misdemeanor child endangerment charge against Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora following his drunken driving arrest in Laguna Beach, Calif., last month.
The 48-year-old musician was stopped after a police officer saw Sambora’s black Hummer weaving in traffic. Police say he was arrested without incident after failing a field sobriety test.
